Confirmed! Chinese Visa-free Policy Towards These Countries!
Notes were exchange between China and United Arab Emirates on December 19th. According to the Memorandum of Understanding of Visa Exemption Agreement Between China and Arab signed during the exchange notes, citizens from the two countries will be incorporated into visa-free system.
That means, not only UAE
is visa-free for Chinese visitors,
but also citizens from UAE
can have a visa-free travel to mainland China.

Since November last year, Chinese citizens have been allowed to enter UAE with free arrival visa. In such case, Chinese can travel to Middle East countries such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi by Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airways, China Eastern Airlines, Air China and Sichuan Airlines after going through simple transit formalities.
Therefore, mutual visa-free policy mainly improving convenience for visitors coming to China from UAE.

Chinese visa-free policy?
Generally, there are two kinds of "visa free".
❶ Mutual Visa Free
Countries such as Serbia, enjoy visa-free policy with China. Citizens from Serbia and China can travel to each country under visa exemption.
❷ Unilateral Visa Free
Just like Morocco, for the sake of promoting tourism, the country has been implementing visa-free policy towards Chinese travelers. However, Morocco citizens are not allowed to transit China without visa. There are cases of “visa-free disallowed” towards many countries in China.

Maximum stay: 90 days
Mauritus
Maximum stay: 60 days
Bahamas
Maximum stay: 30 days

Notes: You need to prepare your valid passport, return ticket, hotel information and proof of your travel expenses (cash or credit cards) before entering into the country.
Ecuador
The maximum stay should be less than 90 days within a year (12 months) since your first entry into the Ecuador.
Fiji
Maximum stay: 30 days
Grenada
Maximum stay: 30 days
Serbia
Maximum stay: 30 days
Seychelles
Maximum stay: 30 days
Tonga
Maximum stay: 30 days
UAE
Maximum stay: 90 days
As for foreigners, it is not so easy to apply for a visa in China. These are countries enjoy visa-free entry into China.

Among these countries, Japan, Singapore and Brunei do not implement visa-free policy towards China, but Chinese government allow visitors from the mentioned three countries to transit China without visa within 15 days.
